TS EAMCET Counselling 2022 Phases
TS EAMCET counselling 2022 is to be conducted in two phases: the first phase and the second phase. Including one special round along with a spot round. To appear in the TS EAMCET counselling, students have to fill their choices in order of their preferences of courses offered in the institutes participating, pay up the processing fee and book slots for selection of helpline centers, and select the date & time to attend for certificate verification. TS EAMCET Counselling Registration and Slot Booking
Students are required to register for the certificate verification. The authorities will announce the registration dates and Helpline centers.
Certificate Verification Process
Here are some of the important certificates candidates must bring the following certificates in original along with 2 sets of Photocopies at the time of the Counselling Process:
1. TS EAMCET 2022 Rank Card
2. Photo ID Proof
3. S.S.C or its equivalent Marksheet.
4. TS EAMCET 2022 Hall Ticket
5. Transfer Certificate (T.C)
6. VI to Inter Study Certificates,
7. Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate
8. Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority if applicable.
Exercising The Choice Filling Option
In this step, students have to select the college as well as the course they wish to join. They need to select it on a priority basis. Kindly note that It is advisable to fill in as many choices as one can, as it increases the chances of getting a seat.
Logout
After successfully completing step 3, click on ‘Logout’.
Note that: Candidates have the option to add, modify or delete details as many times as possible within the time frame that is given. The options saved in the server on the last day will freeze.
Provisional Seat Allotment
Candidates will be informed regarding TS EAMCET seat allotment via SMS on the registered mobile number as well as online as per the official dates. The seats will be allotted on basis of the candidate’s category, merit, gender, local area etc.
Fee Payment and Self-Reporting
While making the fee payment, if the server says that the tuition fee is null (zero), then the candidate has to accept their allotment through a ‘self-reporting system’ placed in the Candidate Login. This system means that candidates accept the seat allotted to them without submitting the original documents at the reporting college immediately. This way, the candidate will still be eligible to participate in the subsequent counselling processes without losing the allotted seat. This will increase the chances of getting a better seat & also provide choices to select from.
Participating in Subsequent Phases of Counselling (this is optional)
Candidates who are eligible to participate are:
1) Those who have not participated in the previous phase of counselling can participate as fresh candidates.
2) If a candidate is not allotted a seat in previous counselling then they can also participate in further rounds.
3) If a seat is allotted but not yet accepted the joining through self-registration. You are eligible to participate.
4) For candidates, who have paid the fee as well as accepted the joining letter are eligible to participate in the process. However, if you choose your new seat then the previous allotment automatically gets canceled.
Withdrawing Process
At the end of TS EAMCET Counselling, if one still wants to cancel or withdraw the allotted seat, one can do it before the official stipulated date for cutoff by approaching the authority.
